Our preferred mode of payment is Google Checkout or Paypal. Where and how much do you charge for shipping? What about combining shipping for multi-purchases?
We ship within the continental U.S. (48 States), Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada and the UK. A minimum of $7.95 or 15% to 25% of order total depending on shipping location, size and weight. Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days.. However we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country with or without reason. Please refer to the shipping details of the product that you are purchasing. ALASKA & HAWAII: Minimum of $20.00 or about 65% of total. Delivery time 5-7 business days. This includes Puerto Rico as well as US military APOs FPOs, Canada, and the UK. Fragrance Shipping: (DOMESTIC) All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or the most economical service available. Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location. Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order. (INTERNATIONAL) Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days. *Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. GIFT BASKET SHIPPING APO & PO Box Shipping We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. The time and effort it takes to handle a claim with the post office is simply beyond our capabilities at this time. You can however process claims on your own if you so choose. We do not ship any USPS items the week prior to any holiday. Any orders placed for shipping via USPS during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself. Shipping to Canada We offer shipping to all Canadian addresses via the United States Postal Service. Shipments take one extra day to ship out and are shipped via USPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments as placing a claim with the USPS is virtually impossible. So these are shipped at your own risk. We have had a very good success rate with this service during the 90 day test phase we conducted. All orders shipping to Canada will need to be emailed or faxed over to us until we can get the order form changed. No loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. We do not ship any USPS items the week prior to any holiday. Any orders placed for shipping via USPS during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself. All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 2:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day. Fruit: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions. Monday through Wednesday standard and next day air shipping are the available options. Thursday Next Day air is the only option Friday Next day air Saturday is the only option. (All fruit orders placed on Friday via "standard" ground will be shipped on Monday.) Chocolate: Beginning May 15th all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day air. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS. UPS does not guarantee perishable goods. In addition any gift baskets which contain chocolate components will have the chocolate substituted out and replaced with hard candy items.

Will I have to pay customs on an international shipment?
You may. Though we do our best to avoid fees for our customers, a shipment may be charged Customs fees upon its arrival in your country. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to see if your order will be charged.

I need to return one or more items from my order. How do I arrange for a return?
Your satisfaction guaranteed! If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify contact us within 3 days. In order for us to process a return as quickly and efficiently as possible, we need to assign a Return Authorization Number And provide you with the return address shipping information.

Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service at maylonnies@optonline.net department. Unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if: Merchandise is returned without an RMA number Merchandise is returned after 30 days Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.) RMA number Full name and address Phone number E-mail address Packing slip Original Order Confirmation Number Your reason for returning the merchandise If customers disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone. In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the members bill and the member will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to maylonniesgifts.com and any address correction fees.
